The efficient allocation of time and capital is more critical than ever. Deciding which scientific advances should receive resources requires a clearer, shared practice for assessing commercial viability early.

This invite-only working session brings together universities, funders, scientists, and coalition builders for focused, small-group conversation. Breakout tables will work through identified pain points across themes such as: the trust and scalability of commercial viability analysis, building commercial fluency among scientists, and improving how decision-makers adopt these assessments.

A report capturing each table's takeaways will be shared with all participants within three weeks following the event.

RSVP required, seats are limited. Lunch and refreshments will be served.
